DIRECTIONS:

I-95 North: Take exit 47/route 34 to exit 1. Go up to the first light and take right onto Church St. Go up to the light and take a right onto George St. Our building will be on your left. Proceed as below.

I-95 South: Take exit 47/route 34 to exit 1. Go up to the first light and take right onto Church St. Go up to the light and take a right onto George St. Our building will be on your left. Proceed as below.

I-91 South: Take exit 1/Route 34 to exit 1. Go up to the first light and take right onto Church St. Go up to the light and take a right onto George St. Our building will be on your left. Proceed as below.

Route 34: Cross over Ella Grasso Boulevard and continue on Derby Avenue (Route 34), which will turn into George St. Go a total of 1.5 miles (13 lights!) after Ella Grasso Boulevard. We are located on the corner of Church and George St. Cross over Church Street. Our building will be on your left. Proceed as below.

Entering the parking lot: Take your first left into the building’s parking lot. This is a lot entrance not a garage. Please ignore the sign that says “key card parkers only” and drive up to the intercom and let them know that you are going to the 6th floor (Yale University).

Once inside the building: Please sign in with the security guard. Take the elevator to the 6th floor; the door reads Cognitive Disorders Clinic.
